Ms. Liu has more than 10 years experience representing U.S. domestic and international public and private companies and financial institutions in connection with a variety of corporate, capital markets and M&A transactions.

Prior to founding MagStone Law, Ms. Liu worked for Morrison & Foerster LLP in its Palo Alto, Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices over 9 years and for Jun He Law Office in its Beijing office.
