Linda Liang

Licensed to practice law in the States and China, Attorney Linda Liang has practiced law for 20 years. Prior to her private practice, she worked as in house general counsel in multi-national companies where she handled legal matters related to corporation finance and daily transactions. She was a key member of team that successfully brought one of the companies to New York Exchange.
Apart from law degree, Attorney Liang gained her Master Degree in Business Administration with Speciality in Business Information Systems. Her academic training in Business and 15 years working experience in large corporations contribute on a big scale to her distinguishing problem-solving capabilities, which set her apart from her competition.
Attorney Liang’s focus of practice is in business, immigration and international trade laws. She dedicates her efforts in assisting small business entrepreneurs in their endeavors to prevent costly litigation.
