Davide Michele De Rosa

Davide is qualified in Italy and England & Wales and is the director of the firm’s Italian Group. He provides both contentious and non-contentious assistance to European based clients, and in particular Italian clients, in relation to transactions throughout the Asia region, as well as providing assistance to Asia based clients in respect to their commercial arrangements in Italy. His experience includes advising in relation to foreign direct investment, joint ventures, manufacturing and distribution arrangements, licensing arrangements, due diligence investigations, as well as commercial litigation and general coordination of advice of foreign counsel.
